2. From Composing to Publishing
You write shared content and adjust the format and settings for each channel you publish to. Scheduled content is attempted at the specified time and time zone, and results can be checked in the calendar and publishing history. Unsupported combinations, specifications or insufficient permissions are flagged before execution or based on the platform's response. Due to platform outages or processing delays, the actual publication time may differ from the scheduled time. Cancelling a schedule in Moyeo does not reverse an external post that has already been completed.
For scheduled publishing, writing replies, deleting and hiding, only items you have individually approved are executed. As an exception, a channel with auto-reply turned on automatically sends the replies you saved in advance only to new comments, mentions and DMs that arrive while it is on. Otherwise, Moyeo never publishes or replies on its own. Moyeo does not change or add to the titles, descriptions, body text or tags you enter. Even when you receive AI suggestions, content goes out to external channels only after you review it and run the publish or send action yourself.
Publishing results are also reported through in-app notifications, email, and browser push that you turn on for each device. If you set quiet hours in notification settings, we do not send email or push during that time and send them after it ends. Notifications are provided on a best-effort basis, and even if a notification is late or does not arrive, you can check the actual publishing result in the publishing history.
3. Reviewing Comments and Performance Together
You can collect and review comments and replies on connected posts, and members with permission can respond or manage their handling status. Actions such as deleting and hiding are provided to the extent each channel allows. Comment auto-reply sends the DM set in the auto-reply only to the person who left that comment. Received DMs sent by Instagram (message identifier, sender, text and time sent) are stored encrypted only until processed and are used only to check whether DMs to channels with DM auto-reply turned on contain a keyword. They are deleted as soon as processing ends, also upon channel or permission disconnection, workspace deletion or a Meta data deletion request, and otherwise within 24 hours at the latest. The checked log keeps only the matched keyword and the processing result, without the DM text, for 30 days. On Threads, the identifier, text, and author's display name and handle of posts in which others mention the channel are received only while mention auto-reply is turned on, and are used to collect and display mentions and post replies; mention logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
Performance figures are based on API data provided by the platforms. They may differ from the original app depending on the query basis, collection time, available historical data and API limits. Please also check the channel, period and refresh information on screen. Values that cannot be fetched are not made up and filled in. The period for which performance and comments can be viewed depends on your plan.
When you connect or reconnect a channel, we immediately start fetching posts, comments and performance, and fetch past records covering your plan's history period to the extent the platform provides. If you upgrade your plan and the history period increases, we continue fetching records for the added period, and performance may be filled in over several days depending on the platform's query units. Separately from automatic collection, you can request a manual refresh at intervals set by your plan.
4. YouTube API Services
Moyeo uses YouTube API Services. When you use the YouTube integration features, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply, and Google's processing of personal information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Data received from the YouTube API is refreshed differently depending on its type. Performance metrics are refreshed once a day for each connected channel, and comments are refreshed by re-fetching recent activity about every 3 hours and re-fetching the entire history period once a day. Channel information such as channel name, handle, profile image and description is received and stored when you connect or re-authorize the channel, and refreshed by re-fetching about every 3 days. When a comment deleted on YouTube is confirmed as deleted during a run that fetches the entire history period, we erase its text immediately and delete its record within one day. Comments that have not been re-fetched for 30 days are deleted. Video information is re-fetched starting 27 days after it was last checked, and videos that have been deleted or could not be checked for 30 days are deleted together with their related performance data. Performance metrics received from YouTube Analytics are kept up to your plan's history period while access has been verified within the last 30 days and the connection and analytics permissions remain in place. If these conditions are not met, performance metrics older than 30 days are deleted. If you disconnect a channel, delete a workspace or delete your account, we delete the related data stored by Moyeo and ask Google to revoke the authentication token.
If you disconnect a channel, delete your account, or request deletion in the Moyeo app, we delete the YouTube data stored by Moyeo within 7 days; if you revoke Moyeo's access in your Google Account security settings, we delete it within 30 days.
The confirmation screen for a post that includes a YouTube channel also displays a statement confirming that the content you upload complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines. Please make sure your upload does not infringe others' copyrights or personal information before uploading.
You can revoke Moyeo's access yourself in Manage third-party apps with account access in your Google Account. Moyeo's data deletion does not delete videos or comments published on YouTube. The data received under each permission and its purposes of use are described in the Platform Data Use Notice.
5. Content Rights and Usage Standards
Please publish only content for which you hold the copyright and portrait rights, and follow the labeling required for advertising, sponsored and synthetic content. You may not use Moyeo for impersonation, spam, illegal content, fake engagement manipulation, or collecting personal information without permission. When you give your team access, that channel's information and content are shared within the scope of their work.
Moyeo is an independent service and is not operated or officially endorsed by Meta or Google. Each platform's terms and policies also apply: Instagram Terms of Use, Threads Supplemental Terms, YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy.
6. Disconnection and Deletion
You can disconnect in the workspace's channel settings. When you disconnect, we cancel that channel's schedules and delete the stored authentication credentials, that channel's scheduling and publishing records (including platform post identifiers and links), the post lists, comments, performance and media reference data fetched from it, the auto-replies you created and their logs, and AI suggestions made using that channel's data, and where possible ask the platform to revoke the authentication token.
Posts written in Moyeo remain, and their photos and videos remain in the library. Photos and videos not used by other posts are deleted after your plan's retention period. Posts that were scheduled only for that channel or failed to publish move to drafts, and posts published only to that channel move to archived. Once deletion is complete you can connect the same channel again, and reconnecting fetches comments and performance again within your plan's history period.
App permissions remaining on the platform side can be revoked directly in each platform's settings. For Instagram, remove Moyeo under Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites in the Instagram app; for Threads, remove Moyeo under website permissions in the Threads app settings; for YouTube, in Manage third-party apps with account access in your Google Account. To request deletion of related data stored in Moyeo, please follow the Data Deletion Instructions. Content already published on external platforms must be deleted separately.

1. Channel Connections and Permissions
You can manage Instagram, Threads and YouTube in a single workspace. Channels are connected through each platform's official authorization screen. Moyeo does not receive your passwords for those services and performs only the tasks you request under the permissions you grant. The permissions needed to verify the channel, publish, manage comments and view performance differ by feature, and features you do not allow may be limited.
If a platform rejects authorization or a permission expires, you cannot publish or fetch data through that channel, so we notify you in the app to reconnect. When you reconnect, we receive and store the channel name and profile image anew and immediately resume the paused collection.

We request the following permissions on the authorization screen. We do not request permissions for features you do not use, and we do not use the permissions granted for any purpose other than those below.
