Marketing Email Notice

1. Consent Is Optional

Moyeo, operated by Redband, sends promotional emails only to users who have separately consented to the use of personal information for marketing purposes and to receiving promotional emails. The consent items are not selected by default, and declining or later withdrawing consent does not restrict sign-up or use of the Service.

At present, we provide a feature to choose and change whether you receive emails, and we do not yet send promotional emails. When we start sending them in the future, we will send emails only for the purposes described in this notice and within the scope of receipt you have chosen.

2. Information Used and Email Content

We do not use your display name or the posts, comments, performance data or access tokens of connected social channels for marketing. This choice is separate from the feature that lets you publish content to social channels you have connected in Moyeo.

Moyeo does not send promotional browser push notifications. If we start sending them, we will obtain separate consent to receive push advertising, apart from consent to receive emails, and confirm it separately from the procedure for allowing notifications in the browser or operating system. For promotional push notifications, we will also obtain separate consent for nighttime transmission.

3. Changes and Withdrawal

You can change whether you receive promotional emails at any time in your account settings. If you cannot log in or need separate handling, please request to opt out at support@moyeo.io. When you withdraw consent to receive emails, we stop using your email address for marketing purposes. The email address needed for login and account management may continue to be kept for those service purposes.

When we start sending promotional emails, we will comply with the following in accordance with Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Network Act).

• We display "(Advertisement)" at the beginning of the subject line.
• We display the sender's name and contact details, together with how to opt out, in the body.
• We provide an opt-out link that can be used without logging in, and we do not charge any fee for opting out.
• We include a List-Unsubscribe header in emails so you can also unsubscribe using your mail app's unsubscribe feature.
• As a rule, we do not send promotional emails between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. the next day. Email is not a medium that requires separate consent for nighttime receipt, but we voluntarily follow the same standard.
• We confirm whether you still consent to receive emails every 2 years from the date you gave consent.

When you consent to, refuse or withdraw consent to receiving promotional emails, we notify you by email within 14 days of the sender (Redband), the date of processing and the result.

4. Records of Choices and Changes

To apply your choice and confirm changes, we record your user identifier, whether you allow or refuse emails, the notice version, the time of the change and the path through which it was changed. We do not separately copy your email address into the change history or additionally collect IP address and browser information as proof of consent.

Your current preferences and change history are kept while your account exists and are deleted together in the deletion procedure when you delete your account. Change history that remains after you withdraw consent is used only to confirm your choice history and apply opt-outs, and is not used to send advertising. 5. Notices Needed to Use the Service

Notices that handle tasks you requested or that are required by law, such as email verification, account security and publishing result notifications, are distinguished from promotional emails. Such notices, which contain no advertising, are delivered when necessary regardless of whether you have consented to marketing, and you can adjust which types you receive in notification settings. We do not mix advertising content into service notices to circumvent opt-outs.

Please send inquiries about email preferences and emails to support@moyeo.io, and inquiries about personal information to matthew@moyeo.io. If we expand the information, purposes or transmission media used for marketing, we will notify you of the changes and separately obtain the necessary consent.
