To Delete Your Moyeo Account
After logging in, select account deletion in account settings and complete identity verification as instructed. If you own a workspace shared with other members, you must first transfer the owner role to another admin. For a workspace you own and use alone, you can delete your account after reviewing what will be deleted along with it.
Once the request is received, session use stops immediately and deletion proceeds in the following order.
- Remove your workspace memberships.
- Delete the owned workspaces you chose to delete together.
- Settle payment and billing relationships of the deleted workspaces.
- Release references to uploaded media such as your profile image.
- Disconnect Google and Kakao logins and request each service to unlink.
- Delete received notifications, notification email delivery records and push notification subscriptions for all registered devices.
- Remove linking information in payment records that points directly to your account.
- Revoke authentication methods such as your password.
- Delete login sessions and device records.
- Delete identifying information in your profile such as name and image.
- Pseudonymize actor identifying information in security activity records.
- Finalize the account in a deleted state and remove the email address.
Because each step starts only after the previous one finishes, the time the request is received and the time it is completed may differ. To check the processing status or whether it is complete, contact support@moyeo.io or, if you are logged in, use the contact window opened with "Contact us" in the account menu at the bottom of the workspace sidebar or the floating question mark button on screen.
Our operational goal is to complete the steps above as soon as possible after we receive an account deletion request, and no later than 7 days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays count toward this period. If processing is delayed, we retry the failed step, and you can check the progress and completion through customer support.
To Turn Off Browser Push Notifications Only
You can turn off push notifications for each device in the device list in notification settings. When you turn them off, we immediately delete that device's subscription information (delivery endpoint and encryption keys) and stop sending push notifications. You may also revoke this site's notification permission in your browser settings; in that case, we discard the subscription as soon as the next delivery attempt confirms it is invalid. Even with push turned off, you continue to receive the in-app notification inbox and notification emails.
To Delete Only a Connected Channel's Information
Request disconnection of the channel in the workspace's channel settings. We then stop tasks that use that connection and cancel that channel's schedules. We delete the connection credentials, that channel's scheduling and publishing records (including platform post identifiers and links), the post lists, comments, mentions, performance and media reference data fetched from it and received DM records, the auto-replies you created and their logs, and AI suggestions made using that channel's data, and where possible ask the platform to revoke the authentication token. Posts written in Moyeo remain, and their photos and videos remain in the library. Posts that were scheduled only for that channel or failed to publish move to drafts, posts published only to that channel move to archived, and photos and videos follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Posts already published on the platform are not deleted. Once deletion is complete you can connect the same channel again, and reconnecting fetches comments and performance again within your plan's history period. A workspace owned by someone else is not deleted in full just because you delete your own account. The scope of action differs depending on your actual permissions for the channel and workspace.
If You Cannot Log In or Need a Separate Deletion
Email support@moyeo.io with the subject "Personal Data Deletion Request" and tell us your sign-up email, the target channel or workspace, and the scope of information to delete. If you can log in, you may also send the same details with the "Account" type in the contact window opened with "Contact us" in the account menu or the question mark button. We verify your identity and permissions to the extent necessary and inform you of the scope and result of processing. Do not send passwords, channel access tokens or card information. People without an account, such as comment authors, can also request deletion of their own information.
If You Made a Request via Instagram or Threads
If you make a request through Meta's app data deletion feature, Moyeo verifies the forwarded request and proceeds with the deletion procedure. You can check the processing status with the confirmation code and status check link shown by Meta. If the status link has expired or you cannot check the status, please send the confirmation code to support@moyeo.io. We recommend that you do not share the confirmation code with others.
You can remove app permissions remaining on the platform side yourself. For Instagram, remove Moyeo under Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites in the Instagram app; for Threads, remove Moyeo under website permissions in the Threads app settings.
To Revoke Google and YouTube Permissions
You can remove Moyeo's access in Manage third-party apps with account access in your Google Account. You can directly request deletion of information stored in Moyeo by disconnecting the channel, and please send separate deletion requests and inquiries about processing results to support@moyeo.io.
If you disconnect Google Sign-In in Moyeo or delete your account, the connection record kept by Moyeo is deleted. However, because Moyeo does not store the token used for Google Sign-In, we cannot confirm on your behalf that the app permission on the Google account side has been revoked. Please revoke it yourself on the page above. For YouTube channel connections, Moyeo asks Google to revoke the authentication token.
If you disconnect a channel, delete your account, or request deletion in the Moyeo app, we delete the YouTube data stored by Moyeo within 7 days; if you revoke Moyeo's access in your Google Account security settings, we delete it within 30 days.
Moyeo's data deletion does not delete videos or comments stored on YouTube. Please manage your YouTube content separately on YouTube.
To Unlink Kakao
You can disconnect Kakao Login under login connection management in your account settings. If you delete your Moyeo account, Redband requests Kakao to unlink, removing the connection between Moyeo and your Kakao account. If the unlink result cannot be confirmed, you can unlink it yourself under connected services management in your Kakao account settings. Disconnecting in Moyeo does not delete the Kakao account itself.
Records That May Remain After Deletion
Transaction and dispute records that must be preserved under applicable laws are kept for the relevant period for limited purposes. To apply the plan's channel count limit, a record indicating which channels a workspace first connected remains, even after the channel is disconnected, for as long as the workspace exists. Records for error recovery and for confirming deletion results have direct identifying information removed or are managed to the minimum extent necessary. Moyeo cannot delete content made public on external platforms before deletion in Moyeo, or copies lawfully kept by other users. For detailed retention criteria, please see the Privacy Policy.
